Qualification
- Recognized tertiary qualification
- Formal qualification in Business Improvement or systems development will be and added advantage
- Demonstrate achievement in a senior management role
- Have a disposition to lead change
- Ability to think "outside the box" and create an innovative environment
- Excellent communication, role, model presentation and software/systems development skills
- Strong business acumen, change management, project management facilitation skills
