Job Summary
African Barrick Gold (ABG) seeks to appoint a dedicated,
self motivated and highly organized Refinery Supervisor to join the Process
Plant. The position is based at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine; successful applicants
will be providing services within the mining site.
Report line: Process Plant Superintendent.
Work schedule: Rotational status (4 weeks on, 2 weeks off)

Qualification
- High School Certificates or intermediary + Trades or other Certificate
- A minimum of 5 years experience in gold refinery operations, with at least 2 years in leadership role.
- Adaptable to change and change management processes
- Resilience and Resourcefulness
- Sound knowledge of safe working practices.
- Good communication skills in English
