Job Summary

Under the guidance and supervision of the Procurement Officer, the Procurement Assistant will provide functional support in procurement services of the Country Office. The hob holder must be able to deliver quality procurement services to both internal and external clients through mastering all relevant laws, rules, guidelines, processes and procedures. Also, he/she must be client-oriented; results-focused who is able to interpret AMREF rules, policies, procedures and guidelines.

Job Summary

To develop and manage county level results-based monitoring and evaluation framework that measures AMREF Tanzania county programmes performance in consistence with AMREF strategic directions and business plan; and ensure its alignment to Tanzania National M&E frameworks and health management information systems. Also, to provide technical support and analytical strategic guidance to  AMREF Tanzania in developing and implementing AMREF's global management information systems and ensuring a close fit between AMREF's M&E systems and the needs of country and programme leadership.
