AMREF is the largest health development organization based in Africa. AMREF is an independent non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) whose mission is "to work with and through Africa's communities, health systems and governments to generate and apply knowledge that contributes to closing the gaps that prevent people from exercising their basic right to health". Job Summary
To develop and manage county level results-based monitoring and evaluation framework that measures AMREF Tanzania county programmes performance in consistence with AMREF strategic directions and business plan; and ensure its alignment to Tanzania National M&E frameworks and health management information systems. Also, to provide technical support and analytical strategic guidance to AMREF Tanzania in developing and implementing AMREF's global management information systems and ensuring a close fit between AMREF's M&E systems and the needs of country and programme leadership.
