Introduction
Tanzania Association of Women Leaders in Agriculture and Environment (TAWLAE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged men, women, and youth around the world. TAWLAE is currently seeking a Scholarship Coordinator for its 4.5-year PROSPER program, the goal of which are the withdrawal and the prevention of children 5-17 years old from exploitive, hazardous, and worst forms of child labor in tobacco growing in the Urambo and Sikonge Districts of Tabora Region and the protection of legally working children (15-17) in non-hazardous work in tobacco growing in these districts.
Job Summary
Under the PROSPER program, the Scholarship Coordinator is responsible for establishing, awarding, and monitoring the scholarship program for formal schools targeting children withdrawn or prevented from child labor. S/he will be responsible for leading mentoring and after-school programs for children attending school (in-school children). S/he will be responsible monitoring the progress and attendance of project beneficiaries in school.

- At least 3 years experience in donor-funded, child-focused programs
- At least a degree in education/social work/rural development/extension or other related education background
- Should be computer literate and able to work with communities.
