Job Summary
Currently ABG has open position Business Improvement Coordinator at Tulawaka Mine site.

We are seeking dedicated, self motivated and highly organized Business Improvement Coordinator to join the Administration Team so as to work at Tulawaka to achieve and surpass safety and quality objectives to the reward of both the individual and PML

Reporting line: General Manager.

Work schedule: Rotational Status (6 Week on / 3 Weeks off)

Qualification
  • Recognized tertiary qualification
  • Formal qualification in Business Improvement or systems development will be and added advantage
  • Demonstrate achievement in a senior management role
  • Have a disposition to lead change
  • Ability to think "outside the box" and create an innovative environment 
  • Excellent communication, role, model presentation and software/systems development skills
  • Strong business acumen, change management, project management facilitation skills
